1 lb of baby potatoes, new potatoes or fingerlings
1 T Kosher salt
2 sprigs of rosemary chopped
In a large bowl, spray the potatoes with Duck Fat Spray to coat.
Toss with 2 T of The Killer Cook's Everything Rub, salt and rosemary till well covered.
Place in to a foil pan and smoke at 225-250°F till fork tender, stirring once during the cooking process.
Alternative method: Roast in an oven at 350°F for about an hour.
