Punk Pickled Onions
- 1 large red onion
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar or rice wine vinegar
- 1 T The Killer Cook's Punk Pumpkin Spice Rub (or any The Killer Cook's Dry Rubs)
Slice your onion into rings about 1/4inch thick
In a small sauce pan, heat the vinegar on high and stir in the rub.
Place onions into the hot mixture and simmer 1 minute.
Pour into a glass jar and let cool for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
Store in your fridge for up to a month but these don't last a day in our house...
