1 lb of Chicken Quarters

2 oz of The Killer Cook's Everything Rub

Fruit wood Rub the chicken quarters generously with dry rub and place on a wire rack above a sheet pan. Place in refregerator for 6-24 hours.

After chiling  over night get your smoker to 225 degreer for about three hours over fruit woods till at least 165 degree.  Finish by pulling and mixing with our Pele Pineapple Krush BBQ or Orange Krush.
